All buyers must register with name, address & phone number to get a paddle number in order to bid at the auction.
Buyers that are unable to attend the auctions may complete an Absentee bid form with their bids. Bids must be received 24 hours before the auction.
Buyers premium is charged at 15% inclusive of 21% VAT.
VAT is only paid on the premium.
Payments can be made by cash , bank draft, Laser card or cheque (by prior agreement) put please note a surcharge of 2% will apply to any payment taken by credit card.
All items purchased must be paid for & collected within 48 hours of the auction.
We give free verbal valuations but will be able to give a much more precise valuation if images are supplied.
Items for auction must be booked in and the auctioneer has the right to refuse unsuitable items. If required RJ Keighery can collect any items for auction.
A copy of our Terms and Conditions will be given to the Vendor upon receipt of goods
Vendors commission is charged at 20% on items sold under €100 and 15% on items over €100 + 1% insurance is charged on the hammer price.
All vendors will be remitted to within 21 days of the auction sale date.
